OVERSEAS MOVING & REMOVALS
Relocating to Europe or beyond, we've got it covered...
To maintain an organised approach for your move we will assign
you your own Overseas Move
Co-ordinator. Although you will be able to liaise with any
of our office team, your move Co-ordinator will contact all
the necessary parties to organise your move and should be
your direct point of contact.
The procedure would be as follows:
- We
visit you at your home at your convenience to asses your
move
(overseas moves are often priced on size)
- We
will leave handy hints and a check list that will aid you
in preparing for your move.
- When
your dates are confirmed, we will organise the first day
of your move schedule, at this point we would need payment
in advance, copies of passport and full addresses and contact
details at residence. Insurance values will have to be declared
at this point
- We
will fully pack and fully export wrap all your effects (this
is a requirement for overseas moves) we will also make out
a complete inventory of your effects, describing each item
and its condition, labeling each item up with a number to
tally with the inventory.
You will receive a copy of this
- In
some cases shipping containers are loaded on site at your
home. In other circumstances, we will load your effects
into our storage containers and store them until you are
ready to go
- From
the moment the shipping container leaves our depot you can
expect your goods to arrive on your new property within
one to eight weeks, subject to which continent you are relocating
to
- Our
partner company will clear your goods through customs and
deliver to your residence; in some cases all your good will
be unpacked and unwrapped. This has to be agreed on the
initial move quotation
